The Taliban turned against the US, the LTTE turned against India and the former Mukti Bahini didn&#039;t remain its friends for long either, the Pakistani ISI&#039;s former charges in Afghanistan are now turning against the Pakistani government and its men in Kashmir are likely to do so too, I believe, sooner or later. 

Yet, governments do not seem to learn that those who dig a ditch for others are more than likely to fall in it themselves. :D</description>
